“Battle of the blues”

If it is something I love, it is a bargain. How could you not? In this post, I mentioned wanting a bright colored coat this winter.

As I browsed through H&M’s sale items last week, I saw this royal blue coat with gold zipper accents and I started hyperventilating as I usually do when I stumble upon a good deal. When I checked the price tag, it was 50% off! As you can imagine, I felt like a kid in a candy store and could not wait to put it on. I quickly grabbed both sizes 2 & 4 to see which would fit best. I like my coats to be fitted and sometimes it is very hard for a small girl to find the perfect fit.

Both sizes fitted me just as snug so I went with the 4 to allow extra room for layering. Blue is my favorite color so the decision-making process became that much easier.

The color blocking trend will definitely be around for a few more seasons therefore I am taking advantage of it but knowing me, I will probably continue rocking it long after it is deemed “obsolete” in the four fashion capitals.
