“Soft palette”

“The scripture says that one day God will wipe away all tears. There will be no more sickness, no more tragedy, and no more pain. But in the meantime, God is counting on you and me to wipe away the tears of others.” Joel OsteenPastel blue pleated skirt + gray open back top (1)

I’m wearing: H&M shirt // H&M skirt (worn differently here) // Michael Kors watch // Michael Kors Hamilton bag // Boutique9 heels // Charlotte Russe necklace

Everything in this post is old and simple. It’s quite refreshing to bring about a softer palette and let the details do the talking.

Lately, I’ve been noticing and experiencing so many endings. End of life. End of friendships. End of jobs and every time, these endings seem to get closer and closer to home which lead me to some time of reflection… In the midst of those situations, I’ve learned that as downright depressing the end of an era could be, it also marks the beginning of the rest of your life. After a loss, you may learn just how strong you actually are but never knew you could be. Our faith are made stronger and trust in our Heavenly Father becomes without border. I’ve also learned that sad, bad and hard situations have a purpose and after the storm, you learn to appreciate the beauty found in all the simple things. Most of all, I have learned that my happiness doesn’t depend on my circumstances. I will forever keep smiling because with my smile I declare that all is well hence declaring and claiming a brighter future. Cheers to happiness my darlings!

Thank you for reading!
Until next time πŸ™‚

Of course. If we don’t learn from them, we would have been hurt in vain. Can’t let that happen.
But thanks a lot darling. You’re far too kind!

It’s good to tone it down sometimes. I love it. Lol I suggest you rethink that middle name because of your last name. Haha!
