As much as I love shopping, it just isn’t practical to have to buy something new every time I want to put a look together. That is why I find it necessary to experiment with my closet and create different looks with the same items.
This Topshop skirt was a great find for $10 during their sale last year. In look 1 – Happy colors, I paired it with a fluffy cropped sweater to create a fun color block spring look whereas in look 2 inspired by Lala, I kept things a little more on the formal side with a checkered dress shirt. The polka dotted neck piece added an unexpected twist by way of a subtle print mixing.
