I’ve always loved shopping at unpopular boutiques or the smaller stores at the mall in which clothes are organized by colors and styles. Occasionally, I would stumble upon something I liked at a department store but I always found these larger buildings overwhelming which is why I was a bit surprised when I realized that most of the pieces in this look are from Burlington. I think shopping for decor pieces are what led me to Burlington but lately I’ve also been finding cute pieces for my wardrobe that are trendy and affordable.
I get so many compliments on these high waisted wide leg trousers and typically that style comes at a high price even at stores like Zara. This Ellen Tracy pair that fits me to perfection cost a whopping $12.99! I finished the look with this embroidered Steve Madden faux leather jacket that I also scored for less than $30 also at Burlington and these earrings were only $5.99. My shirt and purse are both from H&M and my heels are from Aldo. Although Burlington is known as the coat factory, they offer a variety of chic accessories, shoes and amazing decor pieces as seen in my bedroom reveal post.
Are you a fan of department stores or you’re more of a boutique shopping kind of girl?
I love the pants on you, it fits you well. I’m not a fan of department stores since the small boutiques never have my size, so I shopped in department stores.

Thanks so much 🙂 they really do fit well!
It’s unfortunate that smaller boutiques do not cater to a variety of sizes. Thank goodness for more inclusive brands the department stores carry.
love the shoes and the jacket. you always look cute hun.
