Before it gets too cold, I like to bring out my pencil skirts in fall colors that I can still wear to the office with sandals. Boot season is upon us but considering how long winter is, I’d like to delay that transition as much as possible.
This chevron pattern skirt one is an oldie from Zara but I’ll share similar options below. I paired it with a silk blouse that has the similar shade of burgundy which is a simple way to add interest to an otherwise simple look. This trick is print mixing 101. Pairing two items with different prints but with one common shade makes it easy to remix your wardrobe with pieces you already own. Are you open to mixing prints?
