Rating my looks from 4 years ago…

white off shoulder top

I recently shared an old pic of me in this off shoulder top and asked my Instagram friends if I should style it again after 4 years and everyone answered with a resounding yes. Let’s check out how I styled it in the past:

In look 1, I paired the top with a pencil skirt and added a pop of color with my head wrap and bag. I’m usually in heels but love that this one was paired with sneakers for a casual vibe. I’ll give this a 9.

Look 2 was cute but nowadays, I refrain from wearing short shorts like this. I do love the orange pop of color in the bag and the shoes. I give this look a 7.

In look 3, it goes to show that simple really stands the test of time. A light wash pair of denim goes really well with white tops. I added a statement necklace and nude fringe heels to complete the look. This is an 8 for me.

Four years later, I styled this off shoulder top again with a pair of light wash distressed denims but kept things fun with one of my favorite heels. Colorful accessories are always a win in my book and if something works, why change it? It pays to have simple items in your wardrobe that can stay with you for years.

I’ve always wanted to look back at old look and share what I would change. Let me know if I should make this a series and keep rating my old looks. Hope you’re having a great week. Until tomorrow, take care!

Lol 😂 thanks so much Emmy. My legs are just way too long for these short shorts. Lol Now I’m all about Bermuda shorts since they’re pretty much knee length.
