How to maximize your wardrobe - VERSICOLOR CLOSET

Almost every item in your closet can be worn multiple ways but some of us are creatures of habit so when we pick up that one dress we like, we wear it with the same shoes and the same bag every time. Well this stops today 🙂 Hopefully!

This dress is an oldie but goodie from PrettyLittleThing that was gifted to me last year as part of a collaboration with the brand. Because the zipper was messed up, it took me a while to wear it but when I finally did, I fell in love with the fit. Unfortunately, I didn’t shoot the dress without a jacket but if you go on my Instagram, you’ll see the off shoulder beauty in all its glory.

You guys already know I love a good blazer. It’s just a piece of clothing that works well over practically anything from dresses to denim shorts and everything in between. Without doing much overthinking, you can easily restyle your outfits by simply changing your blazer, shoes and bags and voila. I got so many questions about this velvet blazer but unfortunately, there’s no link available for it. I bought it on a whim while visiting a clothing shop in Phuket, Thailand. That day I decided that I would stop buying souvenirs and only get a piece of clothing from each place I travel. Anyway, the pop of blue looks great with brown and I finished the look with sneakers. This would look great to run errands after ditching your heels when leaving the office.

There’s something about a leather jacket that screams edgy but when it has flowers on it, it screams feminine. This look may not be your cup of tea if you’re not comfortable mixing prints but I didn’t find the flower and polka dot combo to be too overwhelming so I went for it.

I love this camel blazer so much that I just ordered the leopard print version during the Zara sale. It’s long and covers your bum and features really pretty gold buttons. I finished the look with yellow shoes and a blue bag and would totally show up to brunch like this…

Yellow and brown make such a great combo and I love the fit of this classic Zara blazer. By keeping the shoes neutral, I let the jacket be the center of attention. This look would be great for work or church.

Not many places to go these days so shopping for new wardrobe can definitely wait at least for me. Lol. The leather jacket is my favorite.
